Although they include the Caribbean in their cruise itineraries, they also sail to different locations like Canada, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Hawaii, Mexico, Europe, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, the Panama Canal, and the transatlantic destinations as well. They have great tours which includes an escorted land tour that happens before or after your cruise.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines is operated by the Royal Caribbean International which is based in Miami, Florida. Each of their ship includes the signature top-of-ship lounge known as Viking Crown Lounge which offers you a panoramic ocean view. Adventure Ocean is a program created for kids on-board which includes Aqua Tots for toddlers and Fisher-Price Aqua babies. A children-friendly rock-climbing wall will surely make your children happy while you are on a land tour.

You will be toured around the cruise ship where you will find lots of amenities on-board such as on-board Casino and ice skating rinks. There is an on-board massage center and spa that will keep your body relaxed. There is also an acupuncture center, where you can experience the Chinese style of healing and massaging.

The cruise ships are designed to cater to all the needs of aged or mobility-impaired passengers. Cruise ship staffs are trained and ready to attend to their needs. Qualified medical services are available for everybody on-board, and it includes an emergency clinic with CPR equipment placed on all of their ships.

Dining activities offer a wide variety of delicacies. Southern, Italian, European delicacies can be found in their dining facilities, the cafeteria and the main dining area.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Classes

Royal Caribbean offer a number of different classes of ships. They are:

Genesis Class. This is the next generation of the cruise liner.  It is claimed to be the world’s largest passenger ships, with space for up to 6,400 passengers.

Freedom Class. Royal Caribbean’s Freedom Class was introduced with the ‘Freedom of the Sea’. In April 2006, this ship became the largest passenger ship in the world.

Voyager Class. This is the classic line of Royal Caribbean Cruise ships. The Voyager Class consists of the ‘Adventure of the Seas’, the ‘Explorer of the Seas’, the ‘Mariner of the Seas’, the Navigator of the Seas’, and the ‘Voyager of the Seas’.

Radiance Class. Older than Royal Caribbean Cruise’s Voyager Class; the ‘Brilliance’, ‘Jewel’, ‘Radiance’, and ‘Serenade of the Seas’, features gas turbine engines for more environmentally friendly power, exterior viewing elevators, more than 700 staterooms with balconies, glass contained dinning rooms and pools, and the first ever self-leveling billiard tables.

Vision Class. This is the biggest of the Royal Caribbean cruise classes, with 6 ships in total, including the ‘Enchantment of the Seas’ which received an additional 74 ft midsection in 2004.
